• Take charge of the recruitment process from start to finish for our key positions: Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA, and more.
• Conduct high-volume direct searches as the primary approach, rather than a fallback option.
• Develop and maintain a strong pool of pre-screened candidates for each key role, enabling us to hire from a position of confidence rather than urgency.
• Utilize LLMs and AI tools on a daily basis for tasks such as search strings, profile evaluations, outreach drafts, candidate summaries, and reporting.
• Streamline automation for tasks worth automating, including sourcing processes, reporting, and candidate communications. Create small internal tools when appropriate.
• Evaluate candidates based on their skills, potential red flags, and contextual fit, rather than solely relying on CV compatibility.
• Enhance our processes and decision-making abilities to identify risks before they lead to team or client burnout.
• Work closely with hiring managers, PMs, and C-level executives.
• Share valuable insights with the team and elevate the standards for how we leverage AI in recruitment.
• Over time, assist in the growth and leadership of the recruitment team.
• Minimum of 4 years in technology recruitment, preferably within software houses, digital agencies, or similar environments.
• Proficient in direct search and Boolean techniques: LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, niche communities, and tools relevant to the role.
• Regularly incorporate AI/LLM tools in your recruitment efforts—not just a one-time experience. Be prepared to demonstrate your usage.
• Proven history of automating or enhancing aspects of the hiring processes you have managed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and ask insightful questions to evaluate fit beyond just skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a clear and organized pipeline.
• Possess a critical thinking mindset rather than a rote approach.
• Fluent in English, as most of our clients and a significant portion of internal communication are conducted in English.
• Display initiative, take ownership, and communicate in a way that leaves no ambiguity about your intentions.
