Tech Manager – AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide and nurture the cross-functional engineering team, promoting professional growth and development.

• Oversee the delivery of the 2026 roadmap for AI Connectors, which includes MCP tools and official integrations.

• Ensure the vitality of development processes, prioritizing predictability and quality.

• Spearhead the integration of AI products with the internal billing system and the creation of the DevPortal.

• Establish quality practices such as testing, monitoring, and controlling inference costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in people management, leading engineering or product teams.

• Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, backlog management, and metrics.

• Conceptual knowledge of AI Agents, MCPs, and LLMs to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.
