Tech Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Empower and enable the team to utilize technology to optimize and enhance the results in each area.

• Create, lead, and inspire a working team that will eventually assist in fulfilling, maintaining, and expanding the above, integrating into the Raw culture (decálogo).

• Implement telemetry and analytics tools that increase visibility into the behavior of potential and existing users and clients, as well as a comprehensive dashboard that provides an overview of the health metrics of the business (in terms of operational, financial, growth, culture, etc.) and correlate them with launches, decisions, etc.

• Automate the monitoring of the website and digital products to prevent downtime or malfunctions, thereby minimizing user frustration and order losses, while fostering a sense of professionalism and trust.

• Assist in devising a digitalization roadmap for our product and company, and support in executing the resulting actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Knowledge of web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (modern).

• Experience in implementing APIs (REST, JSON).

• Proficiency in a server-side programming language, examples include JavaScript, Python, etc.

• Version control (git).

• Excellent communication skills, especially written: we work a lot remotely and asynchronously.

• Experience in implementing business analytics services and generating useful reports and insights for other areas of the company.

• Bonus points for interest in direct-to-consumer and the beauty and wellness industry.

• Experience in training and motivating technology teams.

• Experience in startups.

• Experience with automated web testing.

• Experience with monitoring software, alerts, and business continuity management.

• Experience with WordPress.

• Full-stack experience.

• Experience in e-commerce.

• Knowledge of SEO.
