Tech Lead – Software Architect, React, Next.JS, Node.JS, AI, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take a pivotal role in defining the technical trajectory of both web and mobile platforms.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for business stakeholders.

• Design and refine the system architecture, ensuring optimal code quality, scalability, and security measures.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Merge practical technical leadership with architectural stewardship.

• Assist teams in daily implementation while upholding a long-term technical vision.

• Propel AI, low code/no code initiatives and innovation thought leadership.

• Guarantee swift deployment of developed code in accordance with established technical standards.

• Work alongside stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and directing contemporary, cloud-native architectures.

• Practical experience with AWS serverless environments (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend development.

• Demonstrated experience with React and Next.js in production settings.

• Practical knowledge of event-driven and serverless architecture.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform.

• Familiarity with authentication and security solutions, such as Auth0.

• Experience in working with multi-repository, domain-driven architectures.

• Strong grasp of REST API design and best practices.

• Experience in monitoring, observability, and performance enhancement.

• Understanding of mobile native app development technologies and methodologies.
