• Establish and guide the technical migration approach

• Create essential patterns and abstractions

• Coach and enhance the skills of a backend team

• Experience addressing high-availability, high-performance, and scalability issues

• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices

• Strong capability in API design

• Background in large-scale migration or modernization initiatives

• Proven technical leadership
