Tech Lead – Python, Go, React, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transition and re-engineering of outdated Golang services into a contemporary Python-based framework.

• Actively engage in development, producing high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.

• Define and take ownership of the cloud architecture strategy on Azure, ensuring both scalability and reliability.

• Ensure that systems comply with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA/GDPR).

• Provide technical guidance, mentor the team, and foster best practices (including code reviews and architecture standards).

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Python, focusing on backend systems and data pipelines.

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures on Azure.

• Demonstrated experience leading at least one significant system migration or complete re-architecture (e.g., from Golang to Python).

• 3+ years of experience with Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) or high-volume data environments.

• Strong understanding of React for front-end integration.

• Extensive experience in making architectural choices that balance scalability, performance, and technical debt.

• Capability to work independently and manage technical projects from start to finish.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
