Tech Lead, iOS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for iOS, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex features, emphasizing impact and quality.

• Guide iOS engineers and cultivate a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

• Collaborate across departments to align technical decisions with product and business objectives.

• Take responsibility for code quality and engineering standards, enhancing best practices and processes.

• Make significant technical decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long-term viability.

• Utilize data and user feedback to drive product and technical enhancements.

• Inspire innovation within the iOS stack (Swift, SwiftUI) and embrace modern tools, including AI-assisted development.

• Ensure reliability and performance on a large scale, with a keen focus on user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in iOS development, with a strong background in leading technical projects.

• In-depth expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, with demonstrable production experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of iOS architecture and system design at scale.

• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and advocating for engineering best practices.

• Strong product orientation with meticulous attention to detail in UX, animations, and interactions.

• Capability to make practical technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in data-driven development and analytics.

• Highly autonomous, impactful, and results-driven individual.

• Proficient in English (French is an advantage).
