Tech Lead – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical ownership of Recare's integration and interoperability layer

• Guarantee secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange

• Direct the technical strategy for the integrations domain

• Design and enhance external integrations, such as APIs and workflows

• Automate repetitive operational tasks and develop internal tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software development

• Experience in production with Golang or another C-family programming language

• Knowledge of scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models

• Willingness to occasionally travel to hospitals with a Technical Product Manager

• Strong communication skills in both English and German
