This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Development and enhancement of B2C and B2B products
• Management of catalogs, offerings, services, and integration platforms
• Design and presentation of reusable APIs and services
• Integration with CRM systems, billing platforms, and partnerships
• Creating solutions that prioritize scalability, time-to-market, and innovation
• Systems operate in a critical, high-volume setting with significant impact on core business operations
• Act as the technical authority in defining and evolving platform architecture, while mentoring teams focused on developing new products and digital Telecom capabilities
• Lead intricate architectural decisions, balancing performance, cost, resilience, and security
• Engage in defining the architecture of digital products, aiding technical decisions, standards, and best practices
• Establish technical, architectural, and integration standards for various teams
• Coordinate and ensure the technical integrity of integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Conduct design reviews, architectural assessments, and foundational technical deliberations
• Demonstrated, substantial experience as a Tech Lead / Principal Engineer / Software Architect
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot within large-scale production settings
• Experience with distributed microservices architecture in live environments
• Advanced knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging systems (such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, or equivalents), and sagas (orchestration and choreography)
• High proficiency with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous APIs, versioning and contract governance, as well as observability (structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing)
• Proven track record in mission-critical, high-volume systems: deployment, post-deployment, and ongoing support
• Experience handling complex integrations involving multiple systems, external partners, and legacy systems
• Encourage technical knowledge sharing, conduct code reviews, and promote team development
• Outstanding communication skills, both technical and executive
• Capability to simplify technical complexity into clear decisions
• Ability to influence others without formal authority
• Collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) at scale, DevOps, CI/CD, strategic DDD in distributed environments, and regulated high-criticality settings
• Preferred experience with CRM (like Salesforce) and billing integrations
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
