Tech Lead – Fullstack, Nest.js, React Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead fullstack development teams technically, supporting their growth and ensuring best practices.

• Define and promote development standards, architecture, and code quality.

• Participate in key technical decisions, collaborating with other areas to build scalable solutions.

• Design and implement modern, robust, and high-performance backend and mobile solutions.

• Drive the adoption of microservices and microfrontends architectures.

• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience of at least 3 years leading backend development teams using Nest.js and TypeScript.

• Experience working on mobile projects with React Native.

• Strong technical leadership and team management skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of fullstack development, recognizing its impact on business and user experience.

• Knowledge of best practices in development, testing, and code quality.
