Tech Lead, Front-end – Vue.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the Front-end team technically, supporting the development of team members and promoting technical excellence;

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development projects, ensuring timely and quality deliveries;

• Participate in defining the Front-end architecture and making decisions on technologies, standards, and best development practices;

• Engage in all stages of software development, from understanding business needs to production delivery;

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back-end teams to ensure technical solutions align with client needs;

• Conduct code reviews, ensuring quality, standardization, and the dissemination of best practices;

• Lead and support technical investigations, analysis, and resolution of critical incidents;

• Promote continuous improvements in architecture, processes, tools, and development practices;

• Produce and maintain technical documentation that supports product and engineering evolution;

• Assist leadership in defining priorities, technical planning, and strategic decision-making;

• Serve as a technical reference for the team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and supporting developer growth;

• Participate in recruitment processes for developer positions;

• Facilitate communication between involved areas in projects, ensuring technical and business alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Front-end development;

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript;

• Advanced experience with Vue.js;

• Knowledge in consuming REST and GraphQL APIs;

• Experience with scalable Front-end application architecture;

• Familiarity with version control using Git and Pull Request workflows;

• Experience in automated testing and software quality best practices;

• Mastery of development tools (IDE, terminal, debugging, and DevTools);

• Knowledge of agile methodologies;

• Experience in code review, standards definition, and architecture;

• Background in technical leadership, mentorship, and people development.
