Tech Lead – Cloud, GCP, Kubernetes, Istio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for engineering and application teams

• Address critical incidents, technical blockages, and complex troubleshooting

• Prioritize and manage incidents within the stream

• Ensure compliance with standards (security, networking, CI/CD, observability)

• Collaborate with architecture teams on high-impact decisions

• Design and maintain runbooks, documentation, and technical patterns

• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6/7 years of experience in cloud and DevOps environments

• Experience as a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead / SRE

• Strong experience in GCP (essential)

• In-depth experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred)

• Good knowledge of cloud networking

• Real-world experience in complex troubleshooting

• Desirable (but not mandatory) experience with Istio or service mesh

• Knowledge of security and certificates (TLS)

• Background in cloud platforms or SRE environments

• High proficiency in English (minimum C1)
