Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement full stack applications utilizing React and Node.js

• Create and sustain robust, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services

• Develop responsive front-end user interfaces integrated with system APIs

• Ensure the code adheres to industry best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements

• Write and manage automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest and Playwright

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams

• Architect and deploy secure, high-performance systems utilizing modern DevSecOps methodologies

• Refactor and modernize legacy systems while ensuring business continuity

• Stay updated with web technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and industry trends

• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience with Node.js and React in production-level applications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SCSS or LESS

• Experience in building and utilizing RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, cloud-native development, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with data layers such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

• Strong understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, and security best practices

• Familiarity with observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Prometheus and logging frameworks

• Experience integrating or utilizing AI/ML tools such as GitHub Copilot or OpenAI API is a plus

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment
