Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Become a part of an established team and assume technical leadership over a portfolio of live products and SaaS, while spearheading the introduction of new capabilities that address the organisation's most critical challenges.

• You will be accountable for the quality of existing operations and the accuracy of all new developments.

• Allocate approximately seventy percent of your efforts towards innovation: creating new agents, developing new integrations, and introducing capabilities that have not previously existed, while dedicating the remaining thirty percent to ensuring the current portfolio remains robust, cohesive, and progressive.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role for technical delivery.

• Proven experience with AI-enhanced development tools — such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar — applied in production environments rather than experimental settings.

• A successful history of delivering production-quality systems and ensuring their ongoing maintenance.

• Strong architectural instincts across integration, data, and application layers.

• Proficiency in context engineering: articulating problems comprehensively so that agents can perform tasks without needing further clarification.
