This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

• Create, develop, and deliver scalable AI-driven software solutions utilizing Python.

• Foster innovation by researching, testing, and implementing new technologies to improve development efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

• Engage in the complete development cycle from specifications through to deployment.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Steer architectural decisions ensuring they align with product strategy.

• Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of engineers.

• Minimum of 2 years in leadership or team management roles (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager, etc.)

• A background of at least 7 years in software development.

• At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience with Python.

• Strong expertise in web backends (Django/Flask), REST APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with machine learning systems or a strong desire to gain in-depth knowledge.

• Comprehensive understanding of architectural and software design patterns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Capability to teach and share knowledge with others.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English.
