• Lead the technical strategy of an initiative alongside the team responsible for its delivery.

• Develop production code, review pull requests, make architectural decisions, and establish engineering standards.

• Allocate 50–60% of your time to coding activities.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, recruit talent, and foster team growth.

• Guide a dynamic product team as it expands into multiple initiatives.

• Proven track record in shipping and ownership: You have successfully navigated ambiguous challenges to achieve measurable production outcomes.

• Technical leadership experience: You are adept at making architectural decisions, managing technical debt trade-offs, and establishing quality benchmarks.

• Proficiency in AI/ML product development: You possess hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval systems, or evaluation frameworks.

• Strong product judgment: You can delineate MVP scope, identify the appropriate metrics to influence, and eliminate efforts that do not provide value.

• People management skills: You effectively run one-on-one meetings, provide direct feedback, support career progression, and excel in recruitment.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure: You will evaluate build-vs-buy scenarios and navigate the balance between speed and quality in delivery.
