This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• This role involves the key responsibility of designing the “brain” for the intelligent service agent, ensuring that the architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
• Agent Architecture: Lead the design and technical architecture of the conversational agent’s “brain,” utilizing the LangChain ecosystem and orchestrating through LangGraph.
• Journey Design: Create and organize intricate conversational journeys, incorporating conditional-edge routing and user intent classification.
• Cloud Security and Scalability: Develop deployment architectures prioritizing GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE) to guarantee high availability, observability (tracing + evaluations), and automated scalability.
• Risk Management (Guardrails): Establish input/output guardrails and safe handoff protocols for escalation to human agents or suitable channels.
• Leadership and Liaison: Serve as the main technical liaison between the development team and the client, ensuring ongoing knowledge transfer to the internal team.
• Strong AI/Software Architecture Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in designing complex, scalable architectures, with recent focus on developing conversational agents and generative AI.
• GCP Experience: At least 5 years of extensive, hands-on experience within the Google Cloud ecosystem (e.g., Vertex AI, API Gateway, Cloud Run) to support infrastructure and a securely abstracted model layer.
• LLM Ecosystem and Orchestration: 1–2 years of practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain for agent orchestration, designing conversational journeys, and managing conditional-edge routing.
• AI Observability and Guardrails: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing continuous evaluation tools (tracing + evaluations) and establishing safety protocols (guardrails) along with model handoff procedures.
• Leadership and Client Liaison: At least 3 years in a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect position, leading teams, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring ongoing knowledge transfer.
