This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the design and advancement of LLM-based chatbot architectures, including workflows driven by agents, tool integrations, and strategies for context/memory.
β’ Guarantee the delivery of high-quality, dependable, and cost-effective AI systems.
β’ Establish the technical vision and system architecture while fostering scalability, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
β’ Recognize and alleviate technical risks.
β’ Take ownership of execution delivery by organizing complex initiatives, coordinating timelines, and synchronizing engineering efforts.
β’ Mentor engineers, provide technical support, resolve challenges, and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture.
β’ Work alongside stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
β’ Contribute to the product roadmap, prioritization, and ongoing enhancement of user experience.
β’ Investigate and validate methods in agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and optimization of AI systems.
β’ Consistently enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
β’ Extensive experience in developing LLM-powered applications, encompassing agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and tool/function invocation.
β’ Strong grasp of enhancing reliability, assessing outputs, and optimizing the quality of AI systems.
β’ Proficient in LangChain and preferably LangGraph.
β’ Solid software engineering foundation as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.
β’ Capability to design scalable systems from the ground up, including APIs and backend frameworks.
β’ Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring engineers, directing technical decisions, and organizing work in uncertain environments.
β’ Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
β’ Skill in deconstructing problems, setting priorities effectively, and ensuring consistent execution.
β’ Strong product-oriented mindset with the capacity to identify gaps, suggest structured solutions, and make decisions amid incomplete information.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex AI systems and align technical decisions with business objectives.
β’ Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of advanced AI topics such as evaluation frameworks, guardrails, cost-performance optimization, latency reduction, and long-term memory strategies (preferred).
