This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
⢠Take ownership of issues from initial customer discussions through to production and validation.
⢠Develop across Rails APIs, React/TypeScript frontends, video streaming, real-time voice agents, agentic search, product analytics, and other related product domains.
⢠Collaborate directly with the founders, designer, and engineering team.
⢠Utilize customer interviews, transcripts, and product analytics to gain insights into problems.
⢠Create prototypes, formulate technical plans, and guide AI agents for building and quality assurance tasks.
⢠Assess AI-generated outputs and take responsibility for the products that are released.
⢠Design user-friendly, customer-focused products with refined UI and UX.
⢠Construct scalable systems using appropriate components instead of custom solutions.
⢠Rapidly deploy features to production and maintain them to evaluate outcomes.
⢠Participate in customer Slack channels and support queues.
⢠Within 90 days, take charge of a product surface and become responsible for its strategy and results.
⢠Proficient across the entire stack, including APIs and frontend development.
⢠Experience with Rails and TypeScript, although this is not a strict requirement.
⢠Have built and managed production systems.
⢠Daily experience with an agentic coding framework such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
⢠Ideally have launched LLM-powered features or understand what is required to operate them in a production environment.
⢠Ability to make decisions on what to build and advocate for UX perspectives.
⢠Strong writing skills.
⢠Approximately 5+ years of experience with genuine ownership.
⢠Flexibility to work PST hours.
⢠Eagerness to engage with customers, review transcripts, and assist in the support queue.
⢠Comfortable with uncertainty, changing priorities, independence, and accountability.
⢠Strong dedication to AI-native workflows.
