This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide advanced technical support at a second-level across various platforms and disciplines
• Address incidents and service requests with professionalism and promptness
• Offer clear, concise, and timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and workload
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Adhere to security protocols for proper delegation of accounts and permissions
• Effectively manage customer support cases in accordance with established support protocols and service standards
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in application support or customer-facing positions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service orientation with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in PC environments, including Windows OS, internet usage, and web browsers
• Experience with SQL and DevTools
• Familiarity with databases and cloud technologies is a plus
