Tech Architecture Manager – Oracle Cloud HCM, OIC, BIP, Fast Formula

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team's operations and business activities within the designated area of responsibility.

• Ensure the achievement of business objectives, adherence to budgets, and maintenance of quality in consultant delivery.

• Manage the oversight of staff augmentation project initiatives.

• Identify and develop innovative strategies and opportunities to broaden the customer base.

• Formulate and execute operational policies and processes to enhance consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 16 years of relevant experience for this role, which must include 5 years in consulting and 2 years in project management leadership.

• A functional professional with over 5 ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12).

• At least 8 years of experience in implementing a combination of Oracle EBS or Cloud applications.

• Skilled in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.

• Proficient in writing HCM Extracts.

• Experienced in preparing HDL files for data loading.

• Capable of writing Fast Formulas.

• Experience with the Oracle Core HR and Payroll module is essential.

• Knowledge of other Oracle platforms such as VBCS, Workflows, OAF, and OIC is a plus.

• Proven experience as a senior resource responsible for defining systems strategy and documenting business requirements.

• Experience in a Big-4 or consulting environment is highly preferred.

• A Master's degree or higher is highly desirable.
