This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide live virtual instruction on Salesforce Data 360.

• Develop and implement curriculum, training materials, practical exercises, and projects.

• Simplify complex technical ideas into easy-to-understand content for learners.

• Evaluate learner progress and adjust instruction according to different skill levels.

• Offer personalized support, coaching, and constructive feedback to students.

• Cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic learning atmosphere.

• Keep updated with Salesforce updates to enhance course materials continuously.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure training meets company requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.

• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is mandatory.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Data 360 is essential.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, data governance, and privacy fundamentals.

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries independently.

• Experience with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
