• You will serve as the main point of contact for your online marketing team, fostering their development and offering constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with executive management to formulate the company's marketing strategy.

• Oversee various performance marketing channels while being accountable for tracking performance metrics and preparing reports.

• Lead the enhancement of marketing campaigns.

• Propel brand development and effective growth through innovative ideas and data-informed strategies.

• Act as a liaison with other departments and external service providers.

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, media or communications studies, E‑Commerce) or equivalent training.

• Several years of experience in online marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Extensive knowledge of various performance marketing channels.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team and motivating team members.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and high social competence.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of establishing clear priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.

• A solid understanding of how generative AI — particularly Claude — operates.

• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
