• Oversee our digital and media presence, transforming intricate climate issues into engaging narratives.
• Influence public perception of rainforest conservation and foster essential participation.
• Provide strategic direction in digital and media initiatives.
• Ensure that all campaigns promote action and enhance visibility.
• Create impactful social media content in partnership with local coordinators.
• Work on improving our website to foster a more interactive visitor experience.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets to secure significant coverage and raise awareness.
• Strategic leadership and impact: we possess the digital and media strategies; now we seek an outstanding individual to implement them and maintain our upward momentum.
• You will spearhead efforts across our website, social media, email, and press to significantly enhance our visibility and engagement.
• By managing our skilled Digital and Press Officers, you will ensure that each campaign not only garners attention but also prompts action.
• Assist in achieving the KPIs that will define our success for 2026 and 2027.
• Social Media and storytelling: in collaboration with our local coordinators, you will transform raw, firsthand narratives from rainforest inhabitants and insights from our experts into compelling, high-quality content.
• Supervise our organic and paid social strategies (focus on awareness and lead generation), collaborating with our agency partners to ensure meaningful engagement.
• Advocate for our digital presence, collaborating with our web agency to deliver a smooth, high-performing website experience.
• Empower our Press Officer to stand out by nurturing connections with media and influencers.
• Direct our email marketing strategy, ensuring timely delivery of the right message to supporters.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to adapt and expand our efforts.
