Team Training Lead – AI Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a tailored Professional Development Strategy for the AI Technical (Operations) team within Regulatory Services.

• Ensure the delivery of outstanding professional development services to AI Technical Specialists, AI Scheme Managers, and other applicable AI technical colleagues.

• Proactively evaluate training and development needs based on legislation, regulations, standards, competence monitoring, audits, CPD requirements, customer feedback, performance reviews, competence verification, business needs, and identified training gaps.

• Create, document, execute, and sustain the Professional Development Strategy for both the AI Technical and AI Notified Body teams.

• Review and align the Professional Development Strategy in conjunction with AI Technical, AI Notified Body, and Professional Development leadership.

• Identify the support necessary for implementing the team-specific Professional Development Strategy.

• Develop and uphold training and competence strategies, plans, and learning pathways.

• Monitor competence and workforce capability data to pinpoint gaps in AI competence code coverage and capability requirements.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to formulate and implement plans that address areas with low competence coverage and future capability needs.

• Assist AI Technical and AI Notified Body teams with onboarding new starters, providing initial training, and facilitating ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant AI or software discipline.

• Professional experience in AI software, AI-enabled products, quality systems, conformity assessment, certification, or related sectors.

• Strong understanding of AI regulatory compliance requirements.

• Experience in delivering technical or regulatory training.

• Background in collaborating with leadership teams to enhance competence development and workforce capability.

• Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
