This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for cleaning both residential and commercial spaces, which includes mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces at various heights, washing windows, emptying trash bins, washing walls, and laundering cleaning rags and mop heads daily after each cleaning session, along with emptying and maintaining vacuum cleaner filters.

• Occasionally assist with laundry duties for rental properties.

• Ensure that the quality of work meets established standards for every assigned task.

• Adhere to safety policies and protocols; report any issues or concerns immediately.

• Capable of performing work both independently and as part of a team.

• Engage in repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Duties may include, but are not limited to: dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, windows, sinks, and appliances, maintaining cleanliness in lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, and break rooms, restocking cleaning supplies, removing cobwebs, and utilizing a step stool or ladder.

• Undertake any additional cleaning tasks necessary to complete the job effectively.

• Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.

• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading the business application.

• Must be a team-oriented individual who is energetic, friendly, professional, and enjoys cleaning.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and consistently give 100% effort.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.

• Must have a clear understanding of safety regulations, company policies, and attendance expectations.

• Capable of adapting to changes in tasks or assignments beyond standard duties.

• Flexibility and dependability are crucial.

• Must be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.

• Comfort working around various types of pets is necessary.

• Must recognize personal physical limitations to perform job functions effectively, which includes standing, walking, sitting, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, and using hands for various tasks such as gripping and reaching above shoulder height. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus at 100%. Exposure to all outdoor weather conditions is expected, while the indoor noise level is generally quiet to moderate.
