Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a small team, fostering growth in performance, confidence, and accountability for each individual.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to offer guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction.

• Collaborate closely with Associate Directors and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, performance, team requirements, and business opportunities.

• Actively participate in team development through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, guaranteeing that new hires are poised for long-term success.

• Oversee performance evaluations, assist in goal-setting, and help formulate personalized development plans for each team member.

• Continue to represent talent directly and contribute to sales performance while exemplifying leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members, either formally or informally.

• A strong passion for mentoring individuals and a deep interest in the creator space.
