• We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Team Manager of Regional Development to oversee a high-performing team of Regional Development Managers (RDMs) focused on establishing early-stage sales pipelines for Aidoc's clinical AI solutions within large healthcare systems.
• Reporting directly to the AVP of Regional Development, you will be responsible for the comprehensive design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of research, outreach, discovery, and whitespace processes that foster stakeholder engagement, lead qualification, and deal progression across clinical, IT, and C-suite stakeholders.
• You will act as the strategic architect for pipeline development, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive leadership to synchronize RDM efforts with Aidoc's aiOS™ and CARE™ narratives, regional market trends, and cross-functional conversion objectives.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive process builder with a proven track record of scaling account development initiatives in SaaS technology, possessing exceptional cross-functional influence and a data-driven mindset for performance management.

• A minimum of 6 years in B2B high-growth SaaS sales, including at least 3–4 years of experience managing SDR/BDR/RDM teams.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of end-to-end pipeline creation processes: research → outreach → discovery → qualification → handoff.

• Demonstrated capability to coach discovery and pitching skills, manage training and certification programs, and monitor adherence and progress.
• Experience in leading hiring processes, onboarding initiatives, and talent development for sales development teams.
• Strong forecasting acumen with the ability to evaluate pipeline quality and proactively communicate risks.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence; experienced in aligning Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success around common KPIs.
• High urgency and low ego; thrives in uncertain environments and drives clarity without needing direction.
• A variety of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
• Stock options available for all full-time employees.
• Flexible time off policy that allows you to take necessary breaks to recharge without vacation accrual limits, while coordinating with your manager and team to ensure business continuity and project objectives are achieved.
• A 401(k) plan with company matching, life insurance, as well as long-term and short-term disability coverage.
• The opportunity to make a direct impact on medical care and improve patient outcomes.
