This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide technical and disciplinary guidance along with the development of the sales team.
• Collaborate with the team to establish sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective coaching and oversight.
• Facilitate smooth coordination of sales efforts by working closely with inside sales, product management, and marketing teams.
• Keep track of market and competitive trends to gather insights that will inform new sales strategies.
• Actively participate in key customer meetings and assist in contract negotiations.
• Conduct regular field visits within the sales territory, offering constructive feedback and promoting a positive sales culture.
• Prepare reports, analyze sales KPIs, and formulate specific actions for optimization.
• Proven leadership experience as a team leader, regional manager, or in a similar capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage respectfully and equitably, along with solid negotiation abilities and a keen understanding of customer needs.
• Several years of sales experience, such as project coordination, project management, or field sales—preferably in photovoltaics or a similar technical field.
• Capable of organizing tasks independently and adapting quickly to new situations and various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Proficient in German (C1 level).
