Team Lead, Staff C# Engineer – Platform Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers across the full technology stack, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and career advancement.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify their needs and enhance their productivity.

• Convert product and engineering roadmaps into actionable operational plans and guide execution throughout the Delinea Platform.

• Assess staffing and resource requirements for project timelines and objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, architects, and DevOps/SRE leadership to synchronize priorities and deliver results and recommendations.

• Oversee daily platform enablement engineering tasks, ensuring a balance between feature delivery, technical debt, and platform reliability.

• Take ownership of delivering the roadmap for various platform services.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development sessions.

• Supervise code and design reviews focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Work together to define and prioritize the roadmap while ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Advocate for engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and mentorship initiatives.

• Promote the use of AI-assisted tools, LLM-based automation, and AI-driven observability within engineering processes.

• Support the App Registration service along with other platform services, which include UI management, user preferences, messaging, branding, and tenant experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with C# .NET and microservices architectures.

• Proven experience in leading a team of engineers.

• Proficiency in Cosmos, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, GO, Python, and Terraform.

• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, and foundational cloud security principles.

• Capability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex cross-service issues using telemetry tools like Datadog RUM.

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• In-depth understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and privileged access control.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Proven track record of leadership and mentorship in a collaborative team environment.

• Candidates must not require any form of U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
