This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Salesforce Administrators through individual meetings, objective setting, performance evaluations, career growth, and daily assistance.
• Establish team priorities, allocate tasks, balance workloads, eliminate obstacles, and ensure quality and punctual delivery.
• Offer technical and functional support, review solutions and configurations, and advocate for Salesforce best practices and documentation.
• Act as the primary escalation point for team members and operational challenges.
• Relay risks, dependencies, and updates to SaaS Applications leadership and business stakeholders.
• Manage Salesforce environments, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.
• Configure and tailor Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Collect stakeholder requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Assist with CPQ and Billing setups and ensure accurate quote-to-cash processes.
• Lead or assist with Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, utilizing middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Track performance, perform audits, and enhance usability and security.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Document configurations, processes, decisions, and best practices.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Remain up-to-date with Salesforce releases and suggest platform improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of practical Salesforce administration experience, including senior-level oversight for Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
• Proven experience in leading, managing, or formally mentoring Salesforce Administrators; experience supervising a small team is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, including coaching, delegation, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and team development.
• Capability to prioritize team workload, manage competing demands, and clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with integration tools and methods for connecting Salesforce with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments using JIRA.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash, billing, or financial process automation.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, and Certinia is an advantage.
• Proficient understanding of AI-assisted tools and workflows.
• Ability to utilize effective prompting techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI-enabled tools.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and verification of AI-generated outputs.
