This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the Sales team in areas including Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, ensuring adherence to strategic initiatives and targets.
• Mentor the team on effective sales techniques to engage with customers and partners.
• Manage key accounts at SOTI and collaborate with our partners on a daily basis.
• Assist in developing and sustaining a robust regional partner ecosystem to enhance sales, adopt technology, and boost SOTI’s market presence in the EMM sector.
• Present, promote, and sell products utilizing effective strategies to potential customers.
• Meet established sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive actions, and opportunities for new products.
• Participate in sales events and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments.
• Travel within sales territories as needed.
• Design and implement SOTI’s regional sales strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team with a strong sales performance record.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for documenting and tracking technology sales.
• Highly driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Capable of creating and delivering presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented selling environment.
