This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• As the on-field captain, you lead actively in the market, guiding by example to transform opportunities into successful deals.

• Pioneering and expansion efforts will involve starting with an established team to penetrate the Zurich market while continuing to build and scale your team.

• Leading by example, you will also personally close deals during the build-up phase to gain firsthand understanding of the processes involved.

• After the build-up phase, you will take charge of ensuring the team meets its targets.

• Structure and sales craft are essential; you will organize weekly activities, conduct 1:1 sessions and roleplays, and swiftly help eliminate obstacles.

• You will be knowledgeable about your team members' key metrics and actively manage performance against those metrics.

• To foster motivation and performance, you will create team challenges, enhance the sales culture, and ensure continuous improvement and development for everyone.


⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for sales and a hands-on mentality, with a minimum of 3–4 years of field sales experience, enjoying being on the front line.

• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ambition to take responsibility for a region and guide a team towards success.

• Ability to work autonomously and strategically; you will plan your activities independently, establish clear goals, and devise clever strategies to further entrench Salonkee in Zurich.

• Technical know-how is necessary, including a solid grasp of technical concepts and proficient experience with CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills, with near-native proficiency in German and good English for effective communication with customers and colleagues.

• Mobility and flexibility are key; a driver’s license is required for the intensive on-site work involved.
