This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Lead a team of 8 individuals.

• Deliver outstanding customer consultations.

• Serve as a collaborative partner for colleagues and as a point of contact between teams.

• Several years of experience in sales.

• Background in (functional) leadership of a digital sales team.

• Completed commercial training or degree, preferably in finance or insurance.

• Enjoy working with numbers, KPIs, and well-defined targets, and effectively communicate them.

• Balance empathy with assertiveness.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills.
