This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership & development of the team: You inspire, guide, and mentor your team members (SDRs/Sales Managers).
• Strategic planning: You convert corporate goals into specific sales KPIs and ensure a robust sales pipeline.
• Optimization of processes: You enhance the sales funnel, streamline CRM workflows (HubSpot), and adopt best practices for outreach.
• Reporting responsibilities: You track sales metrics and provide regular updates on performance.
• Management of pipeline & leads: You oversee the sales pipeline and prioritize incoming leads.
• Direct support: You actively assist your team in finalizing complex negotiations or managing key accounts.
• Collaboration across teams: You work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate a positive customer experience.
• A completed degree or commercial vocational training along with several years of experience in sales.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
• Demonstrated leadership experience: 2–3 years of managing a sales team.
• Background in a startup/scale-up setting with the capability to effectively structure teams and refine processes.
• A sales-driven mentality with a robust focus on targets.
• Digital proficiency and confident use of Office applications and digital tools (experience with HubSpot is advantageous).
• Excellent proficiency in German (C2) and outstanding English (the company operates in English).
• Ideally, experience in the healthcare industry.
