Team Lead, Performance Marketing – Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the Search team and foster team growth through consistent feedback and development discussions.

• Convert company objectives and OKRs into distinct team goals, strategies, and actionable steps.

• Propel the ongoing advancement of the Search domain, including campaign architecture, bidding tactics, automation, AI-driven initiatives, and innovations in Search campaigns such as AI Max.

• Supervise account setups across various storefronts utilizing tools like Search Ads 360.

• Ensure scalable and efficient structures for accounts and campaigns.

• Initiate and spearhead cross-department projects, particularly focused on automation and marketing technology.

• Coordinate participants in projects and oversee the execution of said projects.

• Create regular reports utilizing BI and analytics tools.

• Transform results into clear, actionable next steps.

• Develop and refine processes related to automation, scripts, and structured testing within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a technical, scientific, or economics field.

• Experience in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing complex Search Ads accounts in an e-commerce environment.

• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and BigQuery.

• Regular experience with PPC advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.

• Knowledge of scripts and automation for SEA processes, with a capability to translate ideas into practical team actions.

• Proficiency in GenAI, including tools like ChatGPT and Claude, with the ability to create custom use cases.

• Strong understanding of mathematical, analytical, and technical subjects.

• A structured, dependable, and autonomous work style.

• Fluent in English at a C1 level.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
