Team Lead, Onboarding & Implementation – Accounting Migrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Team leadership:

• Capable of overseeing a team of 8 individuals while facilitating growth through recruitment, coaching, development, and performance evaluations.

• Allocate tasks and manage priorities in partnership with various stakeholders, including Project Managers, Partner Solution Architects, Account Executives, and Education teams.

• Foster a culture of high performance within the team, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining satisfaction among accounting firms.

• Operations and management:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and adapt them in line with the team’s objectives.

• Oversee the migration project pipeline, including prioritization, resource distribution, and deadline management.

• Guarantee service quality and client satisfaction.

• Address escalations and navigate complex scenarios.

• Actively suggest enhancements to the Ops teams to streamline our processes, including Salesforce, migration journeys, and managed migration workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in accounting (e.g., IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA).

• Experience working in an accounting firm, preferably with a focus on migration projects.

• Proven experience in managing teams within a high-pressure, project-driven environment.

• Capability to establish and track production KPIs.

• Methodical and organized approach with a keen focus on meeting deadlines.

• Basic English proficiency (level A2).

• Leadership skills: adept at engaging and enhancing the team's abilities through constructive feedback and effectively managing challenging situations.

• Client relationship management: outstanding interpersonal skills, service-oriented, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Cross-functional collaboration: effective in working alongside Product, PSA, Project Managers, and Sales teams.
