This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Greet and establish the firm's framework.
• Facilitate the kickoff meeting: objectives, scope, milestones, and defined roles (sponsor, internal contacts).
• Evaluate the context: firm size, organizational structure, business priorities, and calendar constraints.
• Provide the training kit and register participants for Pennylane group sessions.
• Prepare and lead initial workshops focusing on essential workflows (bookkeeping, review, VAT, period-end closing).
• Track participation and follow up with teams until the desired level of engagement is reached.
• Define prerequisites and checklists; create a straightforward dated schedule.
• Organize brief, regular unblock sessions; respond quickly to inquiries.
• Centralize feedback, address basic issues, and escalate technical matters to the appropriate teams (Migration, Support, Product).
• Maintain a dashboard to monitor progress, adoption, incidents, and risks.
• Create concise minutes after each meeting, documenting decisions made.
• Prepare a handover package for the team responsible for ensuring long-term adoption follow-up.
• Equip the sponsor and internal contact with communication tools for staff engagement.
• Gather field feedback and continually enhance materials (FAQ, guides, templates).
• Experience in an accounting firm with a minimum of 3 complete fiscal periods.
• Practical experience with processes: bookkeeping, review, VAT, period-end closing.
• Background in client support or training is advantageous.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Google Workspace), tracking systems (spreadsheets, shared boards), and remote communication platforms (video conferencing, messaging).
