Team Lead Mentor, Native or Fluent German required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects within the team and are capable of establishing SMART goals, breaking them down into actionable steps to achieve them.

• You hold responsibility for your team and their professional development.

• You engage in weekly priority meetings and actively contribute to shaping the direction of the company.

• You handle vacation requests and ensure that the department is consistently optimally staffed.

• As a mentor, you facilitate group calls in your areas of expertise, conduct one-on-one sessions with your mentees, and create videos for our Academy within your specialized field.

• Demonstrated experience in your field as a mentor and in team leadership.

• Ability to guide yourself and others, leading in a positive and constructive manner.

• Solid understanding across various aspects of the online marketing journey.

• Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or seminars.

• Creativity along with the ability to innovate and develop new strategies and solutions.

• Resilience and adaptability to perform confidently in challenging situations.

• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for the success of your mentees and your team.

• Willingness to go the extra mile, with intrinsic motivation, ownership, and a strong alignment with the company’s DNA and vision.

• Minimum proficiency in the German language at C1 level is required.
