Team Lead IT Infrastructure Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team both in a technical capacity and as the disciplinary manager, comprising four internal staff members (including one trainee).

• Manage relationships with external service providers.

• Assist and continually enhance the skills of team members.

• Take charge of the stable operation, security, and ongoing development of core IT services (such as server systems, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, backup, monitoring, and future cloud services).

• Ensure that projects and tasks related to servers, cloud, automation, and platform services are executed within the designated timelines.

• Aid department management with budget planning and adherence.

• Guarantee compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) within your area of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant, relevant professional experience in managing hybrid infrastructures (both on-premises and cloud), preferably in a leadership or coordinating capacity.

• Methodical and self-reliant working approach.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to effectively coordinate intricate projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a solid team-oriented mindset.

• Proficient command of English.
