Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the successful delivery of assigned projects.

• Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Guarantee the availability and allocation of resources for both customer/external and Coretek teams.

• Hold customer, external, and Coretek resources accountable for their project commitments and escalate to Customer and Coretek management when project success is at risk.

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phase.

• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs using suitable verification techniques.

• Assess project performance utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.

• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.

• Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.

• Establish and nurture relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Provide the necessary level of status reporting to executives and project teams.

• Track project performance, focusing on achieving both short-term and long-term goals.

• Develop thorough project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.

• Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements.

• Utilize and continuously enhance leadership skills.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in project management.

• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

• Experience in developing and tracking project financials.

• Ability to utilize AI technology to enhance efficiency in project management.

• Skills in process improvement.

• Proficiency in performance management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly recommended.

• Experience managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

• Microsoft AI900/901 certification is an advantage.

• Experience in managing Infrastructure Projects, particularly with Azure, is a plus.
