Team Lead – Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing the frontend layer of a multi-tenant telecom orchestration platform (IQ Platform)

• Leading the frontend architecture utilizing React 18, TypeScript 5.x, and Vite Module Federation

• Designing and maintaining the platform shell MFE (navigation, session, notifications, RBAC enforcement)

• Establishing and overseeing the shared design system/component library across all MFEs and teams

• Building, mentoring, and managing a frontend engineering team

• Guiding requirements refinement, UI technical decisions, and estimations

• Implementing RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering, route guards, feature-level access control)

• Breaking down features into tasks and planning deliveries

• Ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable frontend code

• Creating architectural decision records for cross-team MFE integration patterns

• Collaborating closely with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams

• Supporting frontend deployment through CI/CD on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS)

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with React and TypeScript

• Proficiency in micro-frontend architecture (Vite Module Federation, single-spa, or similar)

• Familiarity with modern state management (Zustand, TanStack Query, or equivalents)

• Experience in creating and governing design systems across multiple teams

• Expertise in RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering, route guards, feature flags)

• Knowledge of modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack 5 Module Federation)

• Strong understanding of CSS architecture at scale (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar)

• Experience with AWS frontend hosting (S3, CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in multi-tenant / white-label UI (theming, partner-specific branding)

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead
