This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead our field sales team within the therapeutic network, focusing on its professional, strategic, and personnel development.
• You will establish sustainable partnerships with naturopathic therapists, alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker), pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
• You will position our brand as the go-to partner for natural health products.
• You will identify key partners and foster a robust referral network for our brand.
• You will independently manage price and terms negotiations, successfully concluding new partnerships.
• You will keep a close watch on trends in the natural health market, providing valuable insights to our marketing and product development teams.
• Experience in field sales or B2B sales is essential—preferably within the naturopathy/natural medicine, dietary supplements, pharmacy, or healthcare sectors.
• You should possess at least a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant discipline.
• A proven history of success in B2B sales is required.
• Experience in developing and nurturing performance-oriented teams is necessary.
• You must be organized, goal-oriented, and skilled in using CRM tools.
• A Class B driving license is required, along with a willingness to travel across Germany.
