Team Lead, Ethical Hacker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and carry out penetration testing across various platforms including web and mobile applications, cloud services, and infrastructure, as well as red team engagements.

• Contribute to and help develop advanced service offerings, enhancing Packetlabs’ technical expertise and unique positioning.

• Assist in scoping and pre-engagement conversations to ensure that projects are feasible, impactful, and aligned with the client's risk profile.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to consultants, with a strong emphasis on fostering long-term career growth.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions aimed at skills enhancement, offering constructive feedback, and supporting career advancement.

• Aid team members in recognizing their strengths, areas for improvement, and potential learning paths, encompassing both technical and interpersonal skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science.

• Possess between two to five years of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Hold professional certifications (one or more): CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN, OSEP, OSWE, OSED, BSCP.
