This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Go-to-Market initiatives by translating executive business objectives (pipeline growth, churn reduction) into performance-oriented GTM strategies.
• Formulate marketing strategies that target both business decision-makers and technical audiences, including analysts, architects, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
• Collaborate with Product Management to gain insights into product strategy and roadmaps, distilling key differentiators and value into core product positioning and messaging.
• Work closely with sales and enablement teams to clearly articulate features, benefits, and competitive advantages, which includes developing comprehensive playbooks, offering actionable competitive insights, and designing impactful enablement programs.
• Prioritize our product and service roadmap across launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.
• Positioning and Messaging: Develop distinct security and data center messaging for both sales and customers that illustrates how technology enhances organizational value.
• Distinguish SHI in the marketplace by highlighting unique value propositions and aligning business outcomes with customer feedback.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to stay informed about the landscape and assist various teams (e.g., Product, GTM) in responding to emerging trends, market changes, industry news/events, competitive threats, and unmet customer needs.
• Manage win/loss analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to guide product development, solution packaging, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to create concise and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), simplifying our complete portfolio of security or data center offerings for non-technical sales teams.
• Design high-impact enablement resources: messaging frameworks, case studies, ROI narratives, demo flows, and battlecards.
• Support advocacy programs with case studies and customer success stories.
• Contribute to demand generation objectives by designing and executing campaigns that generate leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
• Produce a diverse array of compelling content that resonates with IT and procurement buyers, guiding them through the purchasing journey.
• Support security and data center thought leadership initiatives by creating white papers, research studies, and reports.
• Establish strong relationships with analysts and influencers to bolster SHI’s security and data center positioning in the market.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback.
• Provide updates to senior leadership regarding key strategic initiatives and plans.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product, services, or solutions marketing, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, hardware, or IT services environments.
• Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both enterprise and SMB sectors.
• Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans.
• Strong technical literacy (especially in AI) with the capability to understand and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of executing successful product launches that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Exceptional ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at creating and presenting various content types.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while allocating the appropriate level of effort to each.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to overcome challenges, propose solutions, and resolve issues.
