Senior Manager – AI Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute secure architectures for AI and generative AI encompassing data management, model development, deployment, and inference.

• Integrate security measures within LLM, RAG, and agentic AI systems.

• Provide guidance on architectural choices related to data pipelines, model orchestration, APIs, and observability.

• Recognize and address AI-specific risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning, and adversarial attacks.

• Perform threat modeling, architecture risk assessments, and AI security testing, such as red teaming, for AI systems.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to client leaders regarding secure and responsible adoption of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, or AI/ML.

• Demonstrated success in delivering secure, production-grade AI or generative AI solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of LLM-based and agentic AI architectures.

• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their security features.

• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM), data protection, API security, and risk assessment.

• Capability to evaluate and convey technical risks within a business framework.

• Experience in client-facing roles with both technical and business stakeholders.
