Team Lead, Digital Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manages a team of Digital Analysts to convert business requirements into technical outputs.

• Establishes relevant processes, procedures, and standards within an analytics context.

• Assists Client Management and Analytics Execution teams in identifying and comprehending web analytics requirements.

• Formulates strategies and plans to support the attainment of business goals.

• As an expert in Web Analytics, proposes and develops solutions and methodologies.

• Provides guidance to other members of the Solution Delivery team in executing technical and/or administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

• Business Analysis certification is preferred.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of relational databases.

• Required experience in application development and/or data analysis and governance.

• Strong background in business intelligence tools and/or data governance.

• Experience in a related industry would be advantageous.

• Leadership experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in SQL/SAS and skills in database analysis.
