AI Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI agent workflows to automate recurring analytical tasks, data summarization, and insight generation processes.

• Assess and incorporate LLM-based tools into the data team's operations, evaluating their reliability, precision, and suitability for analytical applications.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to establish analytical questions, success metrics, and KPIs.

• Develop and sustain an analytics foundation using SQL and dbt to enable dependable reporting and self-service analytics.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that visualize metrics and facilitate daily decision-making.

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation, which includes experiment design, statistical inference, significance testing, and result interpretation.

• Execute ad-hoc, exploratory, and statistical analyses to discover insights and validate hypotheses.

• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, transforming data into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine metrics, dashboards, and analyses as business requirements change.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar) and proven capability to build and deploy agentic systems in production or near-production environments.

• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering and evaluating LLM outputs for data-related tasks, including automated reporting, anomaly narration, or natural language querying.

• Experience in orchestrating multi-step AI pipelines that integrate LLMs with structured data sources, APIs, or internal tools.

• Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.

• Familiarity with dbt for analytics engineering workflows.

• Experience in creating dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools).

• Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
