Senior Data Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee data management for intricate, worldwide clinical trials from study initiation to database lock.

• Act as the primary client liaison for all data management deliverables.

• Supervise SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation along with database deployment.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to fulfill customer expectations.

• Guide junior data management personnel and advocate best practices.

• Propel process enhancements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical disciplines.

• At least 10 years of direct experience in clinical data management, with over 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management position.

• Demonstrated success in managing large global studies (1000+ patients).

• Proficient in Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable EDC systems.

• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical research methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
