This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You maintain an overview of all projects within the team and can set smart goals, breaking them down into actionable steps to achieve them.

• You are responsible for your team and their development.

• You participate in weekly priority meetings and actively shape the company.

• You process vacation requests and ensure that the department is always optimally staffed.

• As an Account/Strategy Manager, you guide our clients safely through their entire journey.
